$EURUSD Initial count was wrong but profitable, now the real show?

Canceling this trade plan. 1.4550 broke up. Now watching if the primary scenario still holds, or secondary scenario is the answer.

Here is my latest count along with the primary scenario of the previous post.

From black Y to the second X, I had assumed $EURUSD was in purple .5 wave already, and I traded short selling. It brought me over 100 pips gain although my count was eventually proven wrong. This happens so often when you trade along Elliott wave principle mixed with careful placement of the orders, and discipline.

I am so ready for the real show, and placed stop sell entry at 1.4440. If this files, the loss cut line is 1.4550. 110 pips is a big loss, so I keep my lot size small. But I am speculating (with a bit of hope) that EURUSD will bounce back as shown with blue underlined 2 label before triggers my order. Then I can move my loss cut line to the top of blue underlined label 2, and the potential loss would be smaller.

This trade plan does not hold if EURUSD moves higher than 1.4550. Then the second scenario will kick in as I wrote in the previous post.

Rational Move always use stop loss orders, and this is the worse case potential loss over the capital for the currently open positions. This is unrealized loss is less or equal to the risk exposure.

This is a normalized value: the return on each trade is normalized against the capital just before the trade execution. This way, it is eliminating the effect by the capital change from deposits and withdrawals. The calculation thus reflects the trading performance of each trade. The value does not contain unrealized profits and losses. RM's trading strategy never risks more than 5% of the present capital. Not including subtraction by tax.
